Clio has a centralized dashboard to provide an overview of all case information and link every contact, document, calendar event note, time entry and bill to the respective case to help make the management side of your practice nice and smooth.
Calendaring
Clio's legal calendaring feature will create events automatically based on rules and deadlines for hundreds of US courts, so that you start on top of key deadlines for filings, court dates and with reminders so you don't miss an appointment. You can synchronize Outlook or Google calendars to automatically keep your calendar current with the Clio docketing calendar, too.
Case Management and Collaboration
Clio Manage has the traditional detail view for matters and case data, but it also includes more modern workflow functions with Stages, where you can track the status of a case to Open, Pending or Closed. You can also use notes and secure messages to easily share updates and allow collaboration internally, rather than using email or routing documents. Additionally, you can use a secure online portal to communicate externally with clients or co-counsel, all from one platform.
