Nathan Johanson

Nathan oversees all of the company’s daily operations, from team building and technical leadership to client relations and business development.

Nathan races BMX (Bicycle Motocross) competitively and manages the Terrapin BMX racing team. He is president of the non-profit Sacramento Valley BMX and is co-track operator of Oak Creek BMX, one of the top BMX tracks in the United States.

Misty Kaizen

Misty oversees Terrapin’s IT team, and has extensive experience managing and implementing a variety of IT projects.

Misty enjoys being active and outdoors. When she's not exploring nature, you can find her on the mats, training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. With a passion for sharing her skills with others, Misty also teaches kids' Jiu Jitsu classes. When she isn’t off having an adventure she is spending time with her family which includes two granddaughters.

Joseph O'Donnell

Joe is extremely knowledgeable about technology and how to relate it to people. He’ll leave you confident that you’ve chosen the right products and know how to use them.

Joe loves spending time with his family, enjoying a good hike and photographing travel adventures. Joe and his family are currently learning Chinese 欧伟皓.

Adam Constable

Adam is passionate about information technology and helping clients realize their vision of the role technology plays in their business.

In his free time, Adam enjoys spending time with his family and playing in a local band. He’s an avid fisherman who never misses a chance to get his line wet.

Matt Hoffart

Matt plays a key role in Terrapin’s IT team. Clients depend on him for critical help desk services, specialized expertise and crisis management.

Matt enjoys watching movies and basketball, reading, writing and spending time with his wife. They live in the country north of Sacramento and have a 90-pound German Shepherd named Bruce.

Caden Robinson

Caden has been interested in computers since he was young, and has an understanding of networking, server management and other fundamentals of IT.

Caden enjoys overlanding, working on cars, welding/fabrication, prospecting, photography and spending time with family.

Arifi Hedayatullah

Arifi has spent many years in customer service in various positions, spinning his love for technology into a career in IT. Like all of us, Arifi is thirsty for knowledge and is looking to build and enhance his skills.

When Arifi isn’t studying to further his knowledge in the constantly evolving world of technology, he’s spending time with his friends and family.

Patrick Bakerjian

He has always leaned toward IT and excelled in the problem solving and multi-tasking required in this industry. Patrick has also been on the Board of Directors for Information Technology at Ancil Hoffman Golf Course for 5+ years.

When Patrick isn’t playing video and board games, or obsessing about Star Wars, he is a Professional Long Driver, a member of Team USA Long Drive for 8 years, and is the 2016 International Long Drive Champion (387 yards).

Kevin Kiel

Kevin brings a passion and an analytical problem-solving approach to tackle the toughest challenges. Leveraging knowledge of operating systems, computer hardware, and network infrastructure to identify and resolve network, storage, and server- related problems – ensuring infrastructure reliability and performance.

Kevin enjoys spending his free time with his family and anything outdoors near the water.  Kevin is also interested in DIY home improvement, riding dirt bikes in the mountains, and traveling.

Hemat Arifi

My Passion for technology made me choose Terrapin to learn and grow in the tech industry. I help the team here at Terrapin by providing valuable support in selecting and maintaining the right equipment for optimal performance. I streamline the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of essential technological resources.

I spend my free time with family and friends. I like going for long drives with my wife, enjoying the beauties of nature, exploring my love of cooking, and playing soccer. I live my life purposefully to stay humble and grateful for all good things in life.

Laura Heyano

Laura assists the Terrapin team by preparing quotes for and purchasing hardware, software, and licensing. Additionally, she manages the ticket queue and ensures client requests are assigned to the proper technician.

In her spare time, Laura enjoys a wide range of hobbies varying from collecting insects, crocheting, knitting, and journalling. She also enjoys playing video games and is an avid collector of Pokémon cards.

Benjamin Wadsworth

Benjamin leads Terrapin’s cabling, security, AV and telecom team, and has implemented technology solutions for a multitude of clients.

Benjamin spends most of his time volunteering and racing at local BMX tracks, volunteering at Sakura Gakuen Japanese language school or riding bicycles with his family.

Ryan Spencer

Ryan is experienced with telephone system installation and maintenance, and is an expert in all aspects of copper and fiber optic cabling installation.

Ryan loves listening to metal and rap metal bands like AC/DC, Metallica, Tool and Korn. When he was in college, he played tennis and his favorite architects were Frank Lloyd Wright and Kenzo Tange.

Jessica Miller

Jessica has more than 25 years of experience in service industries. She works closely with Terrapin President Nathan Johanson and CFO Tim Raney managing the administrative, accounting and human resources functions of Terrapin.

Jessica loves to be on the water and enjoys boating, sailing and snorkeling. Her favorite vacation spot is Maui where she enjoys all things ocean and loves to watch the sun set. Jess is an avid concertgoer and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Aleesha Krieg

Aleesha spent over 20 years in Office Administration for the trucking industry. She has handled everything from client relations, phones, reports and documentation, calendar management and special event coordination.

Aleesha is an avid video gamer and lover of animals. She is also heavily involved in and even creates her own costumes for historical reenactment with the Society for Creative Anachronism.
